"Testimony to the Congress" was delivered on Earthday 2004. Aquapoint’s CEO, Craig Lindell, was invited to speak on behalf of the Center for Small Business and the Environment. The testimony frames the elements for an adaptive, performance based infrastructure that is affordable and readily deployable. The testimony includes a story of one county’s choice to adopt a decentralized infrastructure.

"Distributed Sewer: The Demand Side" was written for a presentation To the International City and County Manager’s Association. It represents how a municipality can barter zoning variances in exchange for the remediation of failing septic systems. In Pembroke, Massachusetts three large shopping centers were clustered on one advanced treatment system with effluent requirements of less than 10 mg/l Total Nitrogen.
