Primary Screens

Product Description

AquaPoint mechanical primary screens are designed to remove solids and debris from raw wastewater. Operation of the screen’s mechanical rake system is fully automated. As water elevation increases in the screen trough, the rake motor is energized to remove debris from the screen channel. In the event of a high water condition, a coarse screen or bypass will permit flow to pass through the trough and an alarm will be activated. The only maintenance required is to periodically dispose of solids from the screen’s trash basket. These easy to install mechanical screens are ideal for both new build and upgrade/retrofit applications. Choose from a variety of optional features and packaging to ensure efficient installation and operation. Contact AquaPoint for application-specific screen sizing and specifications.
