Paul has held many senior level financial, management and project management positions in large (fortune 500), medium, and small businesses. He also started consulting in 1989. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and MIS from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA in International Business, MIS/Decision Support Systems and Management from Southern New Hampshire University.

Paul worked many years in New Hampshire for fortune 500 companies or their subsidiaries in accounting from accountant to controller positions, and up to CFO. Some of the local companies were Beebe Rubber Co in Nashua, NH a division of Mohawk Rubber Co of Ohio and Nashua Corporation in Nashua. At Nashua Corp he became the International Financial Manager of all twenty-one foreign subsidiaries. He traveled the world managing all financial activities of the subsidiaries.

He became a turnaround consultant in 1989 and has been involved in more than two dozen small and medium business turnarounds.  Businesses ranged from Modular Home builders to a dairy farm. He consulted on all aspects of business in auto dealerships, manufacturing, retail and service industries. He completed assignments from financial packages (including SBA loans) to design & implementation of computer systems (including networks). He also negotiated the sale of a GM Buick franchise to a Pontiac/GMC Store (acting as the general manager during the transition).

In 2001 he purchased Kearsarge Peg Co. Inc., the oldest surviving peg mill in the world, in Bartlett, NH. The mill was a manufacturer of wooden pegs & media for the polishing & finishing industry. This was also one of his business turnarounds.

He is a former member of a General Motors IT Council which was an information technology board that reviewed and set technology strategies for General Motors and its dealership body.  He was also a member of an Electronic Data Systems Council that was an advisory council for future automotive industry development in the information technology area.

He also worked five years at Crabtree CPA, the largest CPA firm on Cape Cod, as the Accounting Manager in charge of over 425 for-profit corporate and thirty-five non-profit clients.

Lastly, Paul was a founder and former Board President of Sturgis Charter School, the 1st International Baccalaureate Charter School in Massachusetts.
