Brandon brings a strong background in customer service and data management to his role as Operations and Compliance Coordinator. Before joining AquaPoint, he served as an Operations Manager in the title insurance industry and as a Contact Center Director at a marketing firm, where he specialized in optimizing workflows and elevating client experiences.

At AquaPoint, Brandon supports the wastewater treatment operations team by maintaining a high standard of customer service and compliance. He’s passionate about delivering the best possible experience to every client and takes pride in the quality and consistency of his work.

Outside the office, Brandon enjoys kayaking, fishing, basketball, and bowling.
